It has decided to retain Inuva as their key vendor for their compliance business. It is an industry leader, providing services to the Mortgage Banking and lending community for over a decade. It pioneered lien release and assignment outsourcing services in the US. It's national county Recorder Information Database, document templates and decision engines are licensed to many of the top mortgage companies in the US and have been embedded in some of the most widely used applications in the industry.

Keeping in mind the rapid expansion in growth and operational foray into new functional areas, Inuva opens its second office at Deb Kutir, Salt Lake. The new office houses over 100 processors, callers and computer programmers supported by cutting-edge technology of telephonic infrastructure(VOIP).

Inuva announced a path breaking off-shore outsourcing contract with a leading publicly traded US provider of title insurance and mortgage outsourcing solutions, a division of one of America’s Largest Title Insurance companies. Inuva will assist in preparation of Lien Releases and Assignments with a target of completing 250,000 files in the first year of operation.
